Each bowl represents over 12 hours of careful preparation, using traditional Vietnamese techniques passed down through generations. Our aromatic broth begins with charred ginger and onions, is perfumed with star anise and cinnamon, then slowly simmered to create Vietnam's most beloved comfort food.
Bò Né is not just a dish, is a popular Vietnamese breakfast dish but you can also enjoy it any time of the day - it's an experience that transforms dinner into dinner theater. Bò means cow and Né means to dodge. This dish translates to "Dodging Beef" as you dodge the hot splatter of butter from the sizzling cast-iron plate when it is brought out to your table.
