Our aromatic broth begins with roasted ginger and shallots, is perfumed with star anise and cinnamon, then slowly simmered to create Vietnam's most beloved comfort dish.
Bò Né is not just a dish, it's a popular Vietnamese breakfast dish but you can also enjoy it any time of the day. The name literally translates to "Dodging Beef" - believed to reference how the sizzling-hot beef splatters as you dodge the hot splatters of butter from the sizzling cast iron plate.
Our signature theatrical dish - premium Welsh beef steak with a Vietnamese pâté, onions, fresh baguette, and accompanied with pickles. The beef is served sizzling on red-hot cast iron plate. The sizzle, the steam, the aroma, the flavour - a truly theatrical experience.
