O ver a decade ago, a dream began. From the bustling streets of London to the vibrant food scene of Manchester, we carried with us the flavours and traditions of Vietnam.

Through every challenge, every setback, our passion for Vietnamese culinary heritage only grew stronger. We learned that sharing authentic Vietnamese cuisine requires more than recipes - it demands heart, dedication, and an unwavering belief in the power of tradition.

From City to Coast

After years in the heart of England's great cities, we sought something different - a place where we could create a true home for Vietnamese culture. We found it here in Saundersfoot, where the peaceful Welsh coast reminds us of Vietnam's own beautiful shores.

Memoire Saigon represents more than ten years of culinary journey. Each dish tells a story - of family recipes perfected over generations, of markets in Saigon, of flavours that connect past and present.

With precious recipes passed down through generations, we are delighted to present authentic dishes once only found in Vietnam. Every bowl of phở, every crispy bánh mì, every fragrant cup of Vietnamese coffee is a tribute to our culinary heritage.
